Historical Figures

Ge Ban was a censor in the Han dynasty. Ge Hua was from Shiqian, Guizhou, and served as an administrative officer of the Shaanxi Xingdu Commandery during the Zhengde era of the Ming dynasty. Ge Fuyuan served as a Fengge Luantai counselor and was executed after opposing the proposal to make Wu Chengsi crown prince.
